Shipping options and costs
- Free local pick-up — Victoria, Australia (by arrangement)
- Australia-wide — flat rate shipping (rate shown at checkout)
- International — please contact us via our contact page before placing your order so we can arrange the best available rate for your destination
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control such as carrier delays or extreme weather.
Estimated delivery times
Domestic delivery times once dispatched are generally:
- Victoria: 1–3 business days
- Interstate: 3–7 business days
These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. International delivery times will vary by destination and carrier.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to modify the delivery address once an order has been placed. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s portal.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us via our contact page with your name and order number and we will investigate promptly.
International orders
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. RAPID COOL WEAR has no control over and cannot predict these fees.
Please be aware that customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
